-heating instructions:
To keep medium rare, slowly heat the loin in 45 second bursts in the microwave, repeat as needed until outer surface of the meat is hot to the touch.
-For quicker heating thinly slice the beef until desired portion is reached, lay flat on a plate and heat in 20 second bursts until fully heated, avg time is 45s-1m.
-freezing instructions: freeze in original box or wrap tightly in food film and freeze. To thaw, place in refrigerator overnight or until completely thawed.
